“We visited Round Hearth Café on Saturday morning and instantly fell in love. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and warm, exactly what you want on a winter morning in Stowe. The oldies music mixed with Christmas songs makes you feel right at home, and the beautiful fireplace in the center of the café is so cute and inviting. It truly pulls the whole space together. We had the pleasure of ordering with Kierney, who was fairly new but absolutely wonderful. She was eager, attentive, and happily assisting another coworker who was also learning. Her biggest smile never left her face, and her positive, radiant attitude made our experience even better. Because of the welcoming atmosphere and Kierney’s joyful demeanor, we returned again on Sunday morning. We didn’t even consider trying another breakfast spot; our experience the day before was just that good. It was refreshing and inspiring to see two newer team members working so well together. Kierney mentioned how great it is to learn new things as a team, and that kind of attitude clearly reflects the values of a well-run business. “Often times, resort towns grow and lose their charm. Stowe, Vermont is a wonderful recreational holiday destination and a beautiful place to live. The Round Hearth Cafe continues to hold onto its charming roots as a legitimate piece of ‘old Stowe’, serving locally sourced high quality ingredients that get turned into beautifully presented and served meals around a beautiful hand painted wood burning fireplace. A local treasure and not to be missed, if you ever get to Stowe.”

“We stopped in this past weekend for breakfast. You order at the front and they buzz you when you food is ready. They had a great menu with plenty of options. I opted for a breakfast sandwich on sour dough that was terrific! We also ordered lattes which was a good addition. Highly recommend for breakfast. Great food and fun atmosphere.”

“Excellent food. Fresh ingredients. 3 of us went for breakfast and everything was cooked perfectly. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable with lots of art and crafts to look at, if you choose. Very clean. They have a great outdoor seating area with amazing views!
